Hi,
We are still seeing issues with the SharePoint API not returning the expected values. However, based on our monitoring we see an improvement when compared to yesterday.
We will update this announcement over time as new updates become available, so we advise to follow this article.
Should you still have issues, we recommend either of the following:
1. Refreshing the Documents app to see if this has a positive effect
2. Disabling the faster loading experience in the settings of the SharePoint integration
3. If the faster loading experience is already disabled, enabling then disabling it again may also help remediate issues

An update was provided by Microsoft:
"Current status: We're initiating the process to repair the list of affected items which we've identified, and once complete, we'll gather a second list to target any remaining items. During this time, users may notice above average processing times for bulk updates as our service processes the repair. We anticipate that the first phase of this two-step repair plan may complete by Monday, April 8, 2024, and we'll provide an estimate for the repair of the remaining items once available."

"Current status: We've addressed the unrelated service issue inhibiting our remediation efforts and we've successfully identified a list of items that are in need of repair. We're preparing to initiate the targeted repair of these items and anticipate that we'll have a resolution timeline by our next scheduled communication update."

"Current status: We’re continuing our ongoing efforts to make manual adjustments to the search index discrepancy and provide relief for isolated impacted users. We’ve additionally confirmed that our solution is taking longer than expected to begin deployment and we suspect it will start by Monday, March 25, 2024. We're expecting for this deployment to remediate the SharePoint Online content search result problems, and we'll share an updated timeline for its deployment by our next scheduled update."

"As we continue to make manual adjustments to the search index discrepancy and provide relief for isolated impacted users, we're finalizing our list of affected system items and have confirmed that our solution remains on schedule to begin deployment by Thursday, March 14, 2024. We're expecting for this deployment to remediate the SharePoint Online content search result problems, and we'll share an updated timeline for its deployment by our next scheduled update."
