Introduction
Introduction
The provisioning key is a vital piece of information for you as a partner, and should be known in your organization. It is used to create and delete environments under your instance, and to make API calls with our Provisioning API. If you lose your key, you can request a new provisioning key.
Be aware of the following:
Workspace 365 does not store partners' provisioning keys as it is sensitive information, therefore we cannot provide your current key to you. As a partner, you are responsible for storing the key in a secure manner.
We do not provide extra keys. When requesting a new key, the old one is revoked and can no longer be used.
The provisioning key is required for Provisioning API requests. If you make any API calls using this API, this needs to be updated once you receive the new key, otherwise these calls will no longer work.
You are responsible to have insight if and where you use the key and update accordingly.
