Release notes Workspace 365 v3.57.0
Updated over a week ago

Hi,

The release of Workspace 365 v3.57.0 was deployed on 02-03-2023. Here are the release notes for this version:

Additions

  • The Top results in global search can show a maximum of five categories. These categories are determined by usage: the more a user clicks on results in a specific category, the higher the ranking. If a user primarily searches for files, the Top results are more likely to show the Files category.

  • It’s now possible to move elements and columns in the Hub item creator.

  • Setting on the User provisioning page to activate newly synced users by default when using the SCIM method.

Technical items

  • The SCIM API has been moved from Boost to Adapt.

Fixes

  • Long titles in cards in the Hub were not cut off with dots at the end.

  • In some browser window sizes, the navigation buttons in the workspace header would overlap each other.

  • Deleting a bookmark of a non-existing item via the alert bar didn’t refresh the Bookmarks page.

  • The email composer could not be opened again if it was already open.

Improvements

  • The design of the email composer has been improved. Key changes: CC & BCC fields are not visible by default, the entire page is scrollable, and attachments are displayed using cards.

  • The week view and week slider components have a new look and feel.

  • When clicking a sidebar item in the Documents app, it navigates to the root folder.

  • Data tables have a new styling. Rows are slightly higher, column titles are bold, and checkboxes are not visible by default on non-touch devices.

  • Increased opacity of column backgrounds in the Hub item creator.
