Hide/Show columns in the Documents app

It is possible to choose your own set of columns in the Documents app. This will be configured for the whole app. You can choose from the following columns:

  • Date created
  • Date modified
  • Created
  • Modified
  • Extension
  • File size
  • Id
  • Check in Comment
  • Labels
  • Label setting
  • Label applied
  • Label applied by

Where the Name column is always on by default and can not be turned off. This setting can be set by each user itself. To set these columns, click the gear icon in the Documents app, and choose the desired columns you want to see.
