Release notes Workspace 365 v4.3.0
Updated this week

The release of Workspace 365 v4.3.0 was deployed on 11-01-2024. Here are the release notes for this version:

Additions

  • With this release, we introduce the interface for the new pricing and packaging model. In the new model, one or multiple modules can be assigned to individual users. There are three available modules: Hybrid, Engage and Unify. Each module contains different features. If a user doesn’t have any module, they can’t use the workspace. If a user doesn’t have a module, the features of the module are not visible in the workspace environment. The modules can be found on the “Modules” page under “Billing” in settings. On this page, you can select any of the modules and add and remove users from the module. Additionally, you can also set default modules for users. Default modules are assigned to newly added/synced users in the workspace. The modules for an individual user can also be managed from the Edit user page in User management. If you want to change the modules for many users, it’s best to use the “Licensing” page in settings. On this page, you can select users and click the “Manage modules” option to perform a bulk action.

  • We now remember the selected calendar view in the Calendar app.

Fixes

  • Calendar live tiles with the sizes 4x4, 4x6 and 4x8 didn’t show appointments from the Equipment calendar.

  • Exceptions were not logged in the scenario where appointments could not be retrieved in the Calendar app.

  • A busy indicator was missing when opening an email in the Email app.

Improvements

  • Icons are added to the action list items for email attachments.

  • App store and Settings are now available in the mobile navigation menu.

  • The user license is added to the Support page.

  • The font size of the subtitles in list items is increased from 10px to 12px.

  • An auto-update function is added to the Calendar app to automatically retrieve appointments when the Calendar app is open.
