An introduction to our Support Portal

In the Workspace 365 Support Portal it is possible to follow sections, articles and feature requests. This results in receiving email notifications when new articles are placed, feature requests are registered or when people have commented on them. Below we describe how to organize this for your account.

It is required to be signed in with your Support Portal account for being able to make use of these features.

Follow sections and articles 

  1. Log in to the Support Portal (support.workspace365.net)
  2. On the main page, open a Category (Announcements - Technical & Support - Marketing & Sales)
  3. Right click one of the sections (for example: Latest Announcements)
  4. Open the section in a new browser tab
  5. Now that you have opened the section, you will see a “Follow” button on the right side of your screen
  6. Click the “Follow” button and you will have 2 options
    1. Follow new articles
    2. Follow new articles and comments

If you only want to follow an individual article, please navigate to it and click the “Follow” button there.

Feature Requests 

  1. Log in to the Support Portal (support.workspace365.net)
  2. On the main page, open the Feature Requests category
  3. Click the “Follow” button (in the middle of the screen)
