(UPDATE) Information regarding issues Document viewer and Single Sign onFollow
Microsoft did an update of their product, and some changes were made, which disabled our Document viewer and Single Sign-on.
A hotfix (V2.11.2) was deployed which solved the issues with the Document Viewer. In case of Single-Sign on, please follow these simple steps to enable Single Sign-on again for your environment:
1) Login as Admin to the Workspace;
2) Open "Settings" --> "Active Directory";
3) Unmark the Active Directory checkbox and click "Done";
4) Mark the Active Directory checkbox and click "Done";
= Single Sign-on will now work again for all existing users in the Workspace.
