Internet Explorer 8, 9 & 10 will no longer be supported by Zendesk on April 11th 2016.
Zendesk is used for managing the Workspace 365 Support Portal. On and after April 11th 2016, any issues found to occur exclusively in Internet Explorer 8, 9 or 10 across all Zendesk products will not be resolved.
We advice everybody -when using the Workspace 365 Support Portal- to use the latest versions of browsers when navigating to our Support Portal.
