Request Emergency AdminAccess

If you have SSO configured, it may happen you can't access the Workspace with an admin account anymore. In that case (as a Primary administrator) you can request emergency access. This function will help you request a new password for the Workspace environment in order to set up SSO again.
Prerequisites (no email received?)
After requesting emergency access, an email will be send to the Primary admin account. The account of the Primary admin must have a valid Exchange Online license assigned and a mailbox enabled with enough space. If not, it typically takes less than 30 minutes to sync changes for a user. However, it could take up to 24 hours for changes to take effect. If no email is received after 24 hours, please contact us.
