Request Emergency AdminAccess

If you have SSO configured, it may happen you can't access the Workspace with an admin account anymore. In that case, you can request emergency access. This function will help you to reset the password for the Workspace. 


Prerequisites (no email received?)

After requesting emergency access, an email will be send to the Primary admin account. Make sure this account has a valid Exchange Online license and has a mailbox enabled with enough space. If not, it typically takes less than 30 minutes to sync changes for a user. However, it could take up to 24 hours for changes to take effect. If no email is received after 24 hours, please contact us.
