Overview

It is now possible to add the Zermelo live tile to your Workspace. It is divided into two different views, a day view and a week view. You can navigate through dates by click on the arrows below "My schedule". 
If no classes are scheduled, the micro will present the data as "you don't have any classes this day".

If the tile is wider than 4, by default it switches to the week view. Use the button to toggle between the views.

The red bar indicates the current time of the day. This falls back on the timezone setting in Windows.

Configuration

User types

There are some prerequisites in order for the Zermelo integration to work within the Workspace.
As an admin, you will first need to create a user, give that user the appropriate user type "Somtoday" (or "Workspace365" if available)". This can be done following the steps described below. 

Impersonation is only allowed for users who have been assigned a specific user type in the Zermelo portal, which determines you may edit the live timetable of behalf of other users. You can configure this by logging in as an admin and go to:
Beheer > Gebruikers > Toon alle kolommen > edit the field "Soort gebruiker".
Current options are "Persoon" and "Somtoday".

After this is done, create an API key and assign that user to this key.

Creating a new connection

When setting up the Zermelo connection, go to:
Settings > Integrations > Zermelo connections > New.

You can give the Zermelo connection a name, fill in the correct server url and API key which has been generated earlier in the Zermelo portal.

Activate the app

Navigate to the App store by clicking on the waffle-icon to add the Zermelo tile to your Workspace.

You can configurate the app settings, manage who has access to the app and assign app owners as shown in the example below.

you will not be able to add the app to your Workspace, without having configured the Zermelo connection first.

To add the app to your Workspace, in the upper left corner click on: mceclip6.png

Once added to your Workspace, right-click on the tile to configure (edit) the desired app settings.
