Hide or show columns

Table of Contents



It is possible to choose your own set of columns in the Documents app.

This will be configured for the entire app.



You can choose from the following columns:

  • Date created
  • Date modified
  • Created
  • Modified
  • Extension
  • File size
  • Id
  • Check in Comment
  • Labels
  • Label setting
  • Label applied
  • Label applied by

Users can click on the gear icon to choose the desired columns they want to see.
The "Name" column is visible by default and cannot be changed.
