SharePoint tile

Introduction

The SharePoint tile shows all the team sites for the user. By doing this, you allow people to easily navigate to the team site (for example to watch the news or fill in a form) and to quickly navigate to the documents of a team site within the Workspace 365 Documents app.

Configuration

Activate the app

The tile can be added from the App store (or via '+ Add tiles'). Look up SharePoint (it can be found under the "Office" category). Then, add it to Workspace, either to a new or existing group.

Right-click the tile to change the tile format to 4 x 4 or larger to get live version.
When changed back to 2 x 2 or 1 x 1 format it will show the regular icon.

If you click on a Site, you can choose between;

  • Open in SharePoint
  • Open Documents

 

Open in SharePoint

The site will be opened in SharePoint Online https://tenant.sharepoint.com/.

 

Open in Documents

This will open the corresponding site document library in our Documents app.
