Introduction

SSO in the workspace is configured via oAuth2. Example: to Exchange Online we connect via oAuth2. However, in case of an On-Prem environment this is not possible. Therefore we use integration credentials. In the following situations we make use of integration credentials:

Configuration

Go to your settings and select "Integration credentials".

Click on "New" to add your credentials. These are the credentials you use for your the VM and/or Remote App. This can be a username without either a domain or UPN.

We now allow non-UPN usernames for integration credentials which are linked to fileservers. This does NOT apply to Clientless RDP or Exchange links. For Clientless RDP and Exchange make sure you are using the right syntax. Use this example for filling in the username: "USER@DOMAIN.LOCAL".

Here can you select for which application or integration you want to use it.
