We have had requests from multiple customers for the ability to make certain live tiles mandatory and pinnable to all or groups of users for a certain time.

Example:

A customer has a new product and wants to inform all employees. They could then make a live tile containing the youtube video of this product, make this live tile mandatory for all or certain groups of users and pin it top left in the workspace for a certain time so all users will see it.
