Sort checked users and groups under permissions first

Hello,
Requesting a feature which would sort checked users and groups at the top of the permissions pane to allow us to easily see who has permissions to access a tile/group etc.

Right now we have a lot of groups and users synchronized and have to scroll through the entire list to be able to figure out everyone that have access.
