Global Reader role

At the moment there are limited admin roles available in Workspace365, you're either a default user with no admin permissions or you can assign an user administrator permissions in the admin portal or through Azure AD.

There is no Global Reader or limited admin role, we're having requests from ServiceDesk staff or customers (application support) to view the application configuration in the workspace portal mostly the apps. 
So they can view and troubleshoot the app configuration first by them self before they create or move the ticket to the workspace 365 administrators.

Would be great to have an admin role with only view permissions in the admin section.
