Additions
To enrich knowledge articles with more detailed information, it’s now possible to add links to documents to a knowledge item. A maximum of 10 links can be added per item.
It’s now possible to open txt and PDF files in the SharePoint viewer from the workspace.
It’s now possible to receive a daily summary of workspace activities via email. The summary will keep you up to date with the latest announcements, upcoming birthdays, new available apps, and other activities. The daily summary can be turned on/off via Notification settings in the Activity feed.
Fixes
When a user tried to Move/Copy an item in the Documents app while being inside a folder, it would still open the root folder of the item.
In File server documents, after using search, the “Select all” option would select all items instead of only the visible items.
We have added whitespace validation for the “ClientID” field in OAuth2 settings.
The styling of the sign-in page in Teams on WebApp (.Net Core) was broken.
Fixed an issue where the “Email” field on the instance operator page could not contain numbers.
Fixed an issue where opening a direct link to a Hub item in an unsigned browser or browser which was closed, would not open the item after logging in.
The mobile app would not switch to landscape mode on an Android tablet.
The reason message in the "Not all items were deleted" dialog was not fully displayed.
When our system started a move/copy process and in the meantime, an environment/user got deleted before the process ended, it would never complete the tasks.
The Maximize button in the Power BI live tile pop-up window wasn't visible.
Improvements
We have improved the responsive behaviour of the drop-over component.
We now keep the actual modification date of a document, rather than changing it when the parent folder is modified.
We have increased font sizes throughout the workspace to improve accessibility.
We now auto select the full name when renaming a folder or file.
A hover effect is applied when hovering items in the Announcements Carousel and Tiles layouts.
We now show a no results design in the "Other announcements” section in The Hub if there are no other announcements.
