IP whitelisting
Updated over a week ago

Introduction

Whitelisting is a feature that allows you to accept certain IP addresses to access your network. You can allow or whitelist a specific IP address or IP range.

Perhaps you want to secure your WebDAV SSL file server in IIS? Or maybe you need to allow Workspace 365 to communicate with the Magister database? In such a scenario, you need to know on which IP address or range Workspace 365 is hosted on. We differentiate between the Production and Acceptance instance.

IP whitelisting can also play a role if you want to enable conditional access, or if you have your RDS gateway blocked from external IPs and need to whitelist the CRDP Gateway for it to work with Workspace 365. However, in these scenarios you do not need the

IP address/range for the Workspace 365 Instance.

Production

Our IP range for Production is: 20.103.81.112/28

Acceptance

Our IP address for Acceptance is: 13.81.43.99
