The new Workspace 365 support widget explained

As per august we launched the new Workspace 365 support widget.

We felt there was a need to make our way of support easer for the partners of Workspace 365. We feel the new widget is easer to use and a overall better solution to get the information you need about the product.

This will now be the only place you can find things like Downloads or Scripts.

These could previously be found on the support portal but due to safety we have integrated it in to the widget.


Where to find it?

The widget is located on our partner portal.

  1. On the right bottom corner you wil find a icon containing the Workspace 365 logo. Click on it and the widget will open up

  2. Here you will find atricels about e.g. downloads, scripts and updates. But you can also chat with us directly via the the Messages tab or check the status of your ticket


Home

Here you can find articles about things like downloads, intergrations, troubleshooting, scripts and many more things you may want to know about the product.


Messages

Here you can find previous conversations you had via the widget. You can also click on contact support, this will open a chat with us.


Tickets

Here you can find an overview of your tickets. You will be able to check the status of the ticket as well as answers regarding the ticket.


Help

Here you will be able to quickly search for articles/manuals.

Tip: To enlarge the popup, click the button below. This will expand the text screen of the Support widget, making the information more clear and easier to read.
