We would like to inform you that we rolled out a hotfix to resolve the current issue with SharePoint and Workspace 365.
This hotfix will significantly reduce the impact of the issue.
We are continuing to work in the background on a structural fix, which is expected to be fully deployed with the next release (version 4.22).

We want to update you on a connectivity issue with SharePoint in Microsoft 365 that may be affecting the functionality of Workspace 365. This issue is caused by two separate factors:
Microsoft-related issues: We are seeing timeouts occurring within SharePoint Online, which are beyond our control.
Workspace 365 bug: We have identified a race condition on our side, which in some cases can cause errors when loading documents.
To resolve the issue on our end, we will release a patch tonight and implement a hotfix tomorrow. This should minimise the impact from our side. However, since the Microsoft issue originates from their infrastructure, we cannot predict when it will be fully resolved.
As a temporary workaround, when an error occurs in the Documents app, clicking 'Try again' often allows the content to load correctly.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will share updates as soon as we have more information.
