The Workspace 365 Beta Programme

Updated over a week ago

What is the Beta programme?

We’re excited to invite you to join the Workspace 365 Beta programme, your opportunity to test and shape the future of Workspace 365. This programme allows you to be among the first to experience our latest features and innovations, providing direct feedback to us about the value of new features we develop for you and your customers.

As a beta member, you’ll gain early access to cutting-edge functionalities, new integrations, and more intuitive collaboration tools, all designed to simplify everything for those who use Workspace 365.

Feedback collected in the Beta programme is used to further improve the specific feature, allowing you and your customers to help us to optimise the features before they become generally available.

Why join the Beta programme?

  • Be the First: Access new features before the general public.

  • Make an Impact: Provide valuable insights that directly shape our roadmap.

  • Direct Support: Receive personalized assistance from our product team as the feedback we collect in the beta phase is critical for us.

The Workspace 365 Beta programme includes new features that are temporarily available before they are officially released. These features remain in the Beta programme to collect feedback and further improve it based on your input. After the beta phase it will become part of every new existing and new Workspace that is used and / or created.

Which features are currently in the Beta programme?

At the moment, the Beta programme includes two features:

  • The Integration Builder – allowing you or your customer to build custom integrations within Workspace 365. These integrations in the current phase can be used to publish integration within Global Search and will be extended later in 2025.

  • Communities as part of the Hub – Communities in the Hub give employees a central place to connect, share knowledge, and collaborate without switching tools or losing context. All to build a stronger culture within your organisation.

For each Workspace 365 that has Beta features enabled, you will see all features that are part of the Beta programme. Meaning it is not possible to only enable only the integration builder without Communities for example.

When you test a feature in the Beta phase which is not in your current package / module you won’t be charged for this. When these features are released for everyone, you can either disable it or maintain the added module.
