NEW: Have conversations within Communities
A key element of work is communication throughout the organisation. This maybe information about the organisation, team or things you need to know about the organisation. What we learned from our customers, is that today employees often wonder how to share their knowledge but also where to find the required information.
Communities in the Hub give employees a central place to connect, share knowledge, and collaborate without switching tools or losing context. All to build a stronger culture within your organisation.
What does it mean?
A dedicated space for knowledge sharing and teamwork.
Clearer communication across teams and departments.
Easy access to updates via My feed in the Hub and live tile.
Admins manage who can post to maintain focus and relevance.

The release of Workspace 365 v4.25.0 will be deployed on 08-05-2025 between 22:00 and 00:00 Central European Time. The following will be implemented when this version goes live:
Additions
Your eight most frequently used apps are now displayed in global and advanced searches.
You can now configure an image and page content, such as text and links, for a knowledge base category in the Edit category sidebar. The image will appear on the category card, and the page content will be displayed below the filter bar on the category page.
Fixes
The "Select file" placeholder text in the upload app icon sidebar was misaligned when it was too long.
Validation feedback was missing on the webpage field for the Shortcut tile.
When there was a huge number of announcements in an environment, it was not possible to open them in the Manage Hub sidebar.
Improvements
Hover and active states now span the full width of a table row, making it easier to select and see the selected rows.
On various pages, page actions are now more visible, especially with longer page titles, compared to before.
Improved the performance of the Expandable Text component, especially for announcements with many comments.
Beta Programme
Hub Communities are available to customers participating in our Beta Programme. Communities are interactive places where users can share ideas, ask questions, and work together through posts, comments, and reactions. Users can connect with others with similar interests or goals, helping build relationships and share knowledge across the organisation.
