Introducing the New Workspace365 Partner Support Widget
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve partner support interactions, we proudly introduce the Partner Support Widget.
This will become the new way to submit support requests going forward.
This new tool comes as part of a migration to a new support system, which will improve the way we can support you in the long run. The tool allows you to quickly connect to our support portal and search for articles in our knowledge base.
Using the new Partner Support widget
Note: the steps below only apply if you are a Workspace 365 Partner. As a direct customer or end customer, refer to the information above.
To get started with our new support tool, you'll need to login on our Partner portal.
Step 1.
Open any browser and visit our site: Workspace 365 Partner Portal
The login screen below will be visible.
If you already have a login for our partner portal, you can log in directly as usual.
If you are new and don't have an account yet.
Click on the Request an Account button.
This allows you to request a new account and gain access to the portal.

If you encounter any issues after creating your login, you can email [email protected] or call +31 307116725. We will assist you further with the registration.
Step 2.
Once you're logged in, you'll arrive at the partner portal. Here, you can access all the essential information needed to support your clients, including product descriptions and additional background details.
See below where you can find the widget on the Partner Portal.
The widget will be visible in the below right corner.
Step 3.
To use the widget, simply click on the widget button, and a pop-up window will appear. Within this window, you can directly ask your support question or submit a ticket to our support department.
Just ask a question and we will help you.
