As announced earlier, we now have finalized the Root Cause Analysis. The RCA can be found as attachment in this article(below).

This morning we have been investigating why the update failed last night. We have found the cause of the disturbance and have already applied the necessary fixes for the affected environments mentioned in the last update.

We are currently working on a Root Cause analysis which we will communicate later today with more details on the incident.

During the update (3.55) this evening on 19-1-2023, we experienced diverse issues due to unforeseen circumstances. Due to these issues, we have tried to restore the previous version (3.54) using a rollback, however we noticed that the issues were becoming more severe.

Due to this and because we wanted to make sure that customers were able to use the most vital
functionalities of Workspace365, we decided to update once again to 3.55 to get everything up and running.


We have currently noticed that a very small portion of environments could experience some issues on this version (3.55) with the Hub functionalities (Announcements & Knowledge items). We are currently investigating the situation and will communicate accordingly.
